FRY CANYON LODGE SOLAR POWER
At Fry canyon Lodge we are committed to the environment. Our new solar power
system is one way we express that commitment. The photovoltaic array uses
twenty ASE 300 watt panels to generate 6 kW. Twelve Deca
15kWH batteries provide storage capacity of 180kWH. Four Trace
55/48 inverters convert the 48 volts DC from the solar array and batteries
to 120/240VAC. We've also installed high efficiency lighting and other energy
conservation measures.
